Aurora offers either local pickup at one of our warehouse locations or delivery by freight to your location. Each listing will give you the available options at checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days to process orders.
Shipping options
Depending on the product’s warehousing location, pick-up can be arranged. Please discuss this option with your sales consultant for further details and allow up to 5 business days to process orders.
Kitchen Packages will arrive via ABF 28” Pup Trailer, Freight Shipping. ABF will contact you to schedule the drop of the 28” Pup Trailer at your address. ABF provides a ramp for you to offload your truck. The trailer will be at your location for at least 24 hours; 3 business days maximum. If combined with products from other warehouse locations, separate shipments and delivery fees may occur.
Appliances will typically arrive via LTL Freight, curbside delivery. You will be responsible for moving the item from the curbside location into your home.
Local delivery is currently available for kitchen packages in the New York Tri-State area.
Shipping Damage:
All of our shipments are insured. Every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you see ANY damage to the packaging, check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing and contact us immediately. If the unit is damaged and you sign off on it as a clear delivery, then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages. It is then your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
ALL KITCHEN SALES w/ included appliances ARE FINAL UPON SHIPMENT OR PICK-UP. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. All products are sold in their “As Is” condition. There are no warranties or representations of any kind or nature, express or implied, concerning the products sold, their condition, their fitness for a particular purpose, their merchantability, or with respect to a patent infringement or the like. The seller shall, in no event, be liable to the purchaser for any indirect, special, or consequential damage caused, directly or indirectly, by the products purchased, any inadequacy thereof for any purpose or any deficiency or defect therein, or the use or maintenance thereof, or any repairs, servicing or adjustments thereto. All risks of loss shall belong to the purchaser upon the purchase date. All items must be picked up, shipped or scheduled to accept delivery within 14 days of purchase, or the expected arrival date in the case of a “Purchase Before Removal”. If the above criteria are not met, items will be returned to stock, and customers will be issued store credit less a 15% restocking fee. If the order is canceled before delivery, a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee. Countertops are considered a complimentary value to be included with your purchase. Aurora does not assign value to countertops, backsplashes, or hoods due to their fragile nature. No refunds are available for broken or damaged stone, solid surface, and other countertops. Cabinetry may have pre-existing cutouts for electrical, plumbing, and/or gas connections on backs, sides, and/or toe kicks on cabinetry installed in showrooms and pre-owned. Molding and Trim may not be complete as pictured in the listing. (Often additional molding and trim is needed to complete retrofit). Backsplash tile, stone and other materials are not included in the purchase price of the kitchen.

If you are purchasing a “Purchase Before Removal” product from Aurora, this product is estimated to be removed from our client’s property within the date range on the product listing and delivery arranged to you immediately after. If for any reason your “Purchase Before Removal” item is not removed during this date range, Aurora will offer you the option of a full refund to your original form of payment or waiting until the new removal date.
