We provide a five-year guarantee with respect to the functional guarantee and the manufacturing quality of all our cabinetry products. The guarantee begins on the day of the retailer’s receipt. The terms for this guarantee are proper use and proper care of the fitted kitchen.
The following are excluded from the guarantee:
• All parts not produced by us, such as electric parts, waste bins, universal slicers, etc. The guarantee terms of the producers of these units apply.
• Damage due to heat absorption in the field of electric and gas appliances or through water seepage or steam, caused by cuts, knocks, or the usual paint abrasion in intensively used areas are not included in the guarantee.
• Damage caused by improper fitting or planning (furniture and appliances).
• Changes to the color of veneered or solid wood, which is caused by natural physical influences.
The warranty is implemented on the faulty part or item only by means or replacement or repair as the manufacturer sees fit. It includes free repair or replacement of the warranty material only.

Further claims, especially on the basis of positive breach of contract or for compensation for damage caused by deficiencies are excluded.
Should any fault arise, the consumer must make a guarantee claim within 10 days addressing it to the retailer who supplied the kitchen.
Exchanges or repairs do not extend the guarantee period.
Client agrees to maintain a closed environment for all cabinetry materials. Failure to maintain this environment can have an adverse effect on the cabinetry integrity causing warping, expansion, delamination, and voiding the warranty.
