Aurora offers either local pickup at one of our warehouse locations or delivery by freight to your location. Each listing will give you the available options at checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days to process orders.
Shipping:
Single item(s) will arrive via LTL Freight, curbside delivery. You will move the item from the curbside location into your home.
Kitchen Packages will arrive via ABF 28” Pup Trailer, Freight Shipping. ABF will contact you to schedule the drop of the 28” Pup Trailer at your address. ABF provides a ramp for you to offload your truck. The trailer will be at your location for at least 24 hours.
Pickup:
If you choose Local Pickup at checkout, we will call to schedule the day/time for pickup.
Shipping Damage:
All of our shipments are insured. Every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you see ANY damage to the packaging, check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing and contact us immediately. If the unit is damaged and you sign off on it as a clear delivery, then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages. It is then your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
